Nicholas GrahamNick is a Family Law Accredited Specialist, having worked in that role with Lucas & Marshman in Horsham for the last 3 years. He was educated in and completed his law degree at Melbourne University before commencing articles with a firm in Shepparton, Cameron & Cameron where he remained and eventually joined the partnership in 1978 practising in a wide range of areas, including crime, personal injury litigation and of course family law. He moved to Perth in 1993 where he spent 3 years working in boutique law firms before commencing his own practise. He then spent a further 5 years in Albany in the partnership of Hudson Henning & Goodman. He spent a brief period in Mandurah, also in Western Australia before returning to Victoria in May 2003, shortly before moving to Horsham. His many years of practise both as an employee, in partnership and on his own, have given him a broad breadth of legal experience in many areas, now choosing to practise largely in Family Law, as an Accredited Specialist, which accreditation he obtained in 1991. He has also in the past conducted seminars on a range of topics whilst in Western Australia, tutored in business law at the University of Western Australia, completed a course in Mediation in 2002 and chaired mediation conferences for legal aid in Western Australia. Nick has also always been active in the community wherever he has lived and practised and is currently Vice President of the Board of Governance of Community Axis Inc, a State funded disability service provider in Horsham. He has also been a member of various sporting committees at various times over a number of years and is currently a course leader with the Horsham Running Club where he has held the position of vice-president for the past 2 years. He also has a keen interest in cycling, running, swimming and competing in triathlons, in which he has won several state and national titles and has competed successfully in New Zealand and Malaysia and been a member of the Western Australian State team.
