Ben HouseBen commenced employment with Saines Lucas Solicitors in February 2011 and was admitted to practice in May 2011 having completed his undergraduate degree in Law at Monash University. Ben practises in all areas of Civil Litigation with a particular interest in WorkCover, Wrongs Act claims and Estate disputes. Ben regularly instructs in the Magistrates' Court and County Court and appears in the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal. He is passionate about working as a plaintiff Solicitor and takes great pride in being able to redress the inequality between worker and employer. Outside of work Ben is an active member of the Ballarat and District Law Association, Representative for the Ballarat and District Regional & Suburban Young Lawyers Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria and he volunteers at the Central Highlands Community Legal Centre.
