Nick LucasNick was educated at Monash University and obtained a Bachelor of Laws and also a Bachelor of Economics. He initially worked as a Solicitor in Melbourne and relocated to Horsham in 1991. For the last 10 years he has been the Principal Solicitor with Lucas and Marshman Lawyers. Nick’s principal areas of practise, in which he has developed expertise through many years of practise, are Property Law, including Conveyancing, farm properties and Leases, Litigation and Business Disputes, Criminal Law including Court appearances, Family Law, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate (Deceased Estates). Nick also has strong connections with the local community having served as a committee member on a number of sporting clubs and community organisations. Nick is currently a member of the Horsham East Rotary Club. His other interests are in Horse Racing, Football and Cricket. Contact Details:
