Bianca Anstis, Personal Injury Lawyer
Bianca is a Solicitor working in the area of personal injury law. Bianca was born in Ballarat and completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours and her Bachelor of Criminology with Distinction at Deakin University in 2016. Bianca has also completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Bianca has gained experience throughout her degree in various organisations, including completing work experience at Saines Lucas Solicitors in 2014, volunteering in community legal centres and volunteering as an Independent Person for children in police custody.
Bianca joined Saines Lucas Solicitors in July 2017 as a Law Clerk, primarily working in the area of Victims of Crime Applications (VOCAT). Bianca was admitted to practice in February 2018 and is excited to continue to develop her career as a Solicitor. Bianca has a particular interest in personal injury law including, WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability, Superannuation (Income Protection and Total and Permanent Disablement Claims) and VOCAT Applications. Bianca also has experience in Debt Recovery matters, Motor Vehicle Accident claims and Unfair Dismissal claims.
Bianca is a regular Volunteer Solicitor at the Central Highlands Community Legal Centre.

Outside of work, Bianca can be found engaging in equestrian pursuits and spending time with her three horses.
