Born and bred as a country girl in Dunnstown, Colleen returned to Ballarat in 2018 to join Saines Lucas Solicitors, as the firm’s Property, Estates and Commercial Solicitor.
Colleen completed her legal studies in 2010 having undertaken a double degree, Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws graduating with first class honours in Law. As a mature age student at University, Colleen received a number of awards. In particular, the Most Outstanding Work Integrated Law Student as recognition of her pro-bono work assisting Legal Aid in the Magistrates Court, Sunshine, and her role in the pilot group of students setting up the Sunshine Youth Legal Centre. Prior to joining Saines Lucas Solicitors, Colleen worked with several city-based law firms servicing high end clients involving Property and Succession Law.
In her previous career Colleen was a competent client focused Manager with diverse experience dealing with private and commercial clients in the banking sector, starting that career path in Bridge Street, Ballarat.
With her down to earth approach, Colleen is dedicated to providing value for money legal advice, client focused service and going the extra mile to get the job done.
